When we find the perfect plot of land, our planning team use all their local know-how and expertise to help secure the necessary planning permissions. Liaising with councils, existing residents and stakeholders to do what’s best for everyone – and the environment.
We also understand the impact our new development can have on the surrounding area. By taking this into account too, further helps it become a seamless addition to what’s already there.
We spend lots of time designing our homes to suit how you want to live. Working closely with our consultants, we also invest time in how the homes are laid out on the development.
How do we maximise any countryside views? Can we add in more open green space? How do we best position the homes to create a friendly neighbourhood? What can we do to maximise energy-efficiency?
