Bat and bird boxes, reptile habitats, public open space and more than 1,000 metres of hedgerows are just some of the ecological benefits coming to Morton, near Bourne, as part of Balfour Beatty Homes’ latest development.
The improvements to the area come alongside 71 new homes which are being built, including 21 affordable properties to help local people buy and rent in their own area.
Planning permission for Balfour Beatty Homes’ latest development was granted in May this year by South Kesteven District Council and will feature a mixture of apartments, terraced, semi-detached and detached homes – all of which will have off-street parking provided.
