Here's how it works

1. Choose your home

Once you've found your perfect new home, just let us know. We'll take it from there, handling the details so you don't have to.

2. Expert valuations

We understand the importance of a fair valuation.

That's why we'll arrange for up to three estate agents to assess your current property. 

3. A competitive offer

After receiving the valuations and undertaking our own thorough research, we'll make you a competitive part exchange offer.

We pride ourselves on transparency, so we'll walk you through the offer and answer any questions you may have.

4. Your decision

If our offer works for you, great!  We'll move forward with any necessary surveys. 

If not, that's okay too. The process ends there, and you won't owe us a penny. We're here to help, not to push.

5. Legal process

Once agreed, we'll get our legal team moving.

They'll work towards a completion date that suits both of us, keeping things simple and stress-free for you.

6. Moving options

Once the purchase of your property has been completed, here’s where the service really shines. You can either move straight into your new home or stay in your old one for up to two weeks after legal completion - at no extra cost.  

It's our way of giving you breathing room during the move.

What you need to know

  1. Part Exchange is only available for residential properties located in England and Wales.
  2. We accept freehold properties with a value of up to approximately £600,000. We cannot accept properties that exceed this value.
  3. To be eligible for Part Exchange, your property must be mortgageable, insurable, and saleable. Additionally, we must ensure that the property has a broad appeal to potential buyers. 
  4. Part Exchange is currently available up to three months prior to the build completion of the chosen plot.
  5. Your property will be assessed on an individual basis. Unfortunately, we may not be able to offer for certain properties.
  6. Our Part Exchange scheme is provided in conjunction with The PX Partnership, a privately owned and independently ran company who have been providing products and services to the property industry for over 30 years.
