The offer is only available on plots 12, 15, 16, 17, 18 on the Balfour Beatty Homes' Westfield development and plots 124, 126, 128 on the Balfour Beatty Homes' Penston Landing development. Reservation must be made between 30th March and 28th April 2023, to complete before the 30th June 2023. Payment is based upon the purchasers’ mortgage offer, subject to a maximum of £1000 per month for a maximum of 12 months. The total payment must not exceed 5% of the property purchase price. Subject to Lenders approval. Payment will be made by deduction from funds due on completion and cannot be exchanged for cash.
